HIV/AIDS is a health problem and the one of deadliest virus in world. still pandemic that worries community. The disease has relatively long asymptomatic phase (without symptoms). Generally it takes 2 to 15 years produce definite symptoms. cause HIV an infectious caused by human immunodeficiency virus. AIDS condition consists collection symptoms related weakening immune system when infection progressed not treated properly. It can also be transmitted from mother baby during pregnancy. By now cannot cured because there no certain cure. However, controlled through provision Antiretoviral Therapy (ARV). This study used data on cases obtained Kendari City Health Office 2015 2019. conclusion positive sufferers male group are 79.41% women 20.59%. include 73.91% men 26.09% women. vulnerable age for 30-39 old (43.48%).
